Hurricane Katrina: Tempest in Crescent City by Global Kids

A web-based game with two lesson plans about Hurricane Katrina and disaster readiness. The social networking website aims to create an online community around the game to increase awareness and understanding of the disaster and current ongoing relief efforts. Educators can use these resources in a classroom or after school setting to teach about the disaster.
